📋 OFFICIAL CONTEST GUIDELINES
Contest Rules
Please read the following rules carefully before registering your child for the ToddlerHabits Baby Photo Contest.
1. Registration
- Registration is completely FREE.
- A parent or legal guardian must submit the registration.
- All information submitted during registration should be accurate.
- Each registration receives a unique Registration ID.
- Successful registrations are automatically activated on the contest.
2. Eligibility
- Children up to 8 years of age may participate.
- The parent or guardian submitting the entry must have permission to use the child's photograph.
- Entries containing false or misleading information may be removed.
3. Photo Guidelines
- Upload a clear and genuine photograph of the participating child.
- Accepted formats: JPG, JPEG and PNG.
- Maximum upload size: 5 MB.
- Photos should not contain offensive, inappropriate or illegal content.
- The contest team may remove photographs that violate the guidelines.
4. Voting Rules
❤️ A voter can vote for the same contestant once every 30 minutes.
⏱️ After a successful vote, the next vote for that contestant becomes available after 30 minutes.
📊 Votes are automatically added to the contestant's total vote count after a successful vote.
- Automated, fraudulent or manipulated voting may be detected and removed.
- Attempts to interfere with the voting system may result in the contestant being disabled.
5. Leaderboard
- The leaderboard displays active contestants according to their current vote totals.
- Vote totals may change whenever new valid votes are recorded.
- The leaderboard is intended to show the current contest standings.
6. Content & Conduct
- Participants must not upload copyrighted or unauthorized photographs.
- No offensive, abusive, discriminatory or illegal content is permitted.
- Any registration violating these rules may be disabled or removed.
7. Privacy & Information
- Information submitted through the registration form is used for contest administration.
- Public contestant profiles may display information such as the child's name, photograph, Registration ID and location.
- Parents/guardians should avoid submitting unnecessary personal information.
